While I understand drastic changes in schedules do happen that may affect your appointment, I do request that you give me a 24-hour notice for cancellation/change of your appointment. This may be done via phone call, or better, with a text message. In the event of a late cancellation or no show with no warning you will receive a $25 invoice sent via email or text message. If I can replace your appointment with a client on a waitlist, I am happy to waive the fee. Please give me a call or text me and I will do my best to reschedule your appointment for the best time that works for you.
